Poker Rules

In the next four parts you'll learn some of the basics rules of poker and some poker game play. Each lesson is straight forward and you should be able to complete this section fairly quickly. Remember you can always come back and repeat a lesson.

We are going to look at:

  1. Poker Hands, (the combinations of 5 cards).

  2. Hand Rankings , (which card combinations beat other combinations).

  3. The objectives of poker and the ways to win.

  4. Some of the common terms used in poker.

  5. A Step by step interactive poker tutorial.

After you have completed the four sections you will be able to use the first of our flash tutorials. However you may know something about poker already or are just a little rusty so you can go straight to the How to Play Texas Hold'em Tutorial.
