Poker Hands and Rankings

There are 52 cards in a Deck of Cards and there are Four Suits.

Clubs:

Suit of Clubs

Diamonds:

Suit of Diamonds

Spades:

Suit of Spades

Hearts:

Suit of Hearts

In Poker each suit carries equal value. So for example a Ten of Hearts is equal to a Ten of Spades.

The Ace can be a high card (above a King) or a low card (below a Two) depending on what is better for the player.

In poker you have to make a Hand.

A poker hand consists of five cards.

To win, your hand must be higher ranking than you opponents.
